This Privacy Policy covers every app we publish: Mortgage Agent and
Currency & Bill Split. Both are built to keep your data on your device by default.
The sections below note the few places information leaves your device, and why.
1 Information We Collect
Mortgage Agent
Personal information: we do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or contact details.
Loan input data: financial and loan-related information you enter (loan amount, interest rate, income, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Usage data: we may collect anonymous usage statistics to help improve the app; no personally identifiable data is included.
Currency & Bill Split
Personal information: the app does not require an account and does not collect your name or contact details through normal use.
Conversion & split inputs: amounts, currencies, fee percentages, and split details you enter are processed on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Exchange rate requests: to show live rates, the app requests current rates from a public rate provider (Frankfurter, using European Central Bank reference data) directly from your device. These requests carry no personal information.
Purchases: the app offers an optional one-time purchase after a free trial, handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive or store your payment details — Apple only confirms a purchase was completed.
Support requests: if you contact us through the app's Support page, the name (optional), email address, and message you provide are sent to us so we can reply. Used only to respond to you.
2 How We Use Your Information
Mortgage Agent
To perform loan calculations and display results.
To enable the email feature so you can send loan summaries from your device.
To improve app functionality through anonymous analytics.
Currency & Bill Split
To perform currency conversions, fee calculations, and bill-splitting math.
To fetch and display current exchange rates.
To process your purchase and unlock the app's features.
To respond to support requests you submit voluntarily.
3 Data Sharing and Disclosure
Neither app sells, rents, or shares your personal or input data with third parties for marketing
purposes. Beyond what's described below, your data stays on your device unless you choose to
share it yourself — for example, emailing a loan summary, or submitting the support form.
Currency & Bill Split — outside services
Frankfurter (frankfurter.dev) — provides public exchange-rate data; no personal information is sent with these requests.
Web3Forms — relays messages submitted through the Support page to our inbox, solely to deliver your request to us.
Apple / App Store — processes in-app purchases under Apple's own privacy policy.
4 Data Security
Your inputs are stored locally on your device and protected by your device's and operating
system's own security measures. We do not have access to your loan inputs, conversion inputs,
or split details — that data never reaches us.
5 Children's Privacy
Neither app is intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data
from children under 13.
6 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
